Maximum Coin is operated by a sole trader (živnostník) registered in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", "our"). This website maximumcoin.com serves as the point of sale for our collectible coin series. Contact: privacy@maximumcoin.com
We collect only your email address when you submit the waitlist form. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics on this website.
Your email is collected solely to notify you about the launch of Maximum Coin. We will send you one message when the product becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, a reservation, or any financial obligation on either side.
We process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you check the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at the email above.
Your email is stored securely with our email service provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained until the product launches and you receive the launch notification, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
Maximum Coin is a collectible physical art object intended for collection and display purposes only. It is not a financial instrument, security, investment product, or cryptocurrency. The pricing mechanics of each series (including price increases, price changes, or price reductions) are features of the collectible concept and do not represent any form of financial return, yield, or investment. Any change in the collectible's secondary market value after purchase is not guaranteed and does not constitute investment advice. Purchase is entirely at the buyer's own discretion and risk.
Orders are fulfilled by our manufacturing and engraving partner. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is passed to our partner who handles production and shipping directly. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturing process, customs, or shipping carriers.
All sales are final. Due to the custom engraving unique to each coin, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun. Shipping and delivery costs are borne by the buyer and will be clearly shown at checkout. The price of each coin is fixed at the moment of confirmed purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing mechanics at any time prior to a purchase being made.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maximum Coin and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item in question.
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation.
